By using this website, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose — the terms that govern actual roofing work are in your written contract, which always controls over anything on this site.

1. What this website is for

This site describes our services, shares general roofing information, and lets you request estimates or contact us. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, probe or scrape it, or submit false or misleading requests.

2. Information on this site isn't professional advice

Articles, guides, and FAQs here are general information for LA County homeowners — they aren't a diagnosis of your roof and aren't a substitute for an on-site inspection. Every roof is different; conditions like framing, ventilation, and hidden water damage can only be assessed in person. Don't climb on your roof based on something you read here (or anywhere).

3. Estimates and scheduling

Submitting a request through this site or by phone is not a contract, and our response is not a binding offer. Free estimates describe our good-faith assessment based on what's observable at the time. All work is governed by a signed written agreement that specifies scope, materials, timeline, and warranty terms, as required by California contractor law. If conditions discovered during work differ from what was observable (for example, hidden deck rot), any change to scope is documented and approved by you before we proceed.

4. Warranties

Workmanship warranties and manufacturer material warranties are provided in writing with your contract, and their written terms control. Nothing on this website extends, modifies, or creates a warranty. Warranty service requests can be made any time via info@oneway-roofing.com or (562) 516-4606.

5. Reviews and submitted content

If you send us photos, testimonials, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share them and you give us permission to use them to provide your service. We won't use your name or photos in marketing without asking you first.

6. Intellectual property

The content, design, and branding on this site belong to One Way Roofing. You may share links and print pages for personal use; please don't republish our content as your own.

7. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Way Roofing is not liable for damages arising from use of the website itself — including reliance on general information here. This limitation applies to the website only; responsibilities for contracted roofing work are set out in your written contract and governed by California law, including rights you may have that cannot be waived.

8. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by California law, with venue in Los Angeles County. We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date; continued use of the site means you accept the update.
