It depends on the roof's age and how widespread the damage is. If a repair will genuinely solve it, that's what we'll quote — we only recommend replacement when patching would just delay the inevitable. Our free inspection gives you an honest read either way.
Most single-family shingle roofs are torn off and rebuilt in one to three days, weather permitting. Tile and flat roofs can take longer; your written scope includes the exact timeline before work begins.
